Bonjour!​ My name is Noor and I’m a licensed Naturopathic doctor. ​

My medical career didn’t start as most doctors I know. I was gearing towards law school in Ottawa, but my health was deteriorating faster than I was hoping. I was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s disease and was spending months at the hospital, recovering from surgeries.

Years later, I met a Naturopathic doctor that helped me recover and I have been in remission ever since. Thus, my new calling to do the same for others who have suffered silently in pain.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and have been furthering my expertise in nutrition and intravenous therapy as well as digestive health, autoimmunity and pain management through continuous education.

My passion for teaching has led me to become a part-time faculty professor at the EESNQ, a naturopathic college in Montreal, where I teach basic sciences, autoimmune diseases, emergency medicine, nutrition and integrative clinic. I was also co-chair of the membership committee for the Gastroenterology Association for Naturopathic Physicians.

Welcome! I’m Rebecca, a Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying, with a deep passion for mental wellness and over 12 years of experience in the mental health field.

My journey has included a variety of roles, from volunteering in mental health initiatives to supporting individuals in community settings, and now in private practice. As both a clinician and someone who has personally sought therapy, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact therapy can have. As a registered dental hygienist I was seeing many patients in my chair with symptoms of oral dysfunction and knew I wanted to play a role in the bigger picture of their overall health.

I graduated from Algonquin College in 2011 and have been practicing in traditional dental hygiene roles both in dentist owned practice and as an Independent Dental Hygienist. I have always been interested in learning more about the aspects of dentistry I don’t get to focus on doing preventative and periodontal care, so I took the opportunity while I was on maternity leave to further my education and study Oral Myofunctional Therapy.

My experience with chiropractic began in the womb – as my mother sought chiropractic care during her pregnancy to ease her pregnancy related low back pain and facilitate her birth, after two difficult ones prior.

I was raised in Cornwall Ontario, where I played competitive soccer and danced with the MacCulloch dancers. I have always been fascinated by the human body and decided to learn more about it by attending McGill University, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. While in Montreal, I experienced neck pain related to studying and sought chiropractic treatment, which piqued my interest and appreciation for chiropractic care once again. As a result, I continued my post-secondary education by attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and obtained my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. While attending CMCC, I also achieved my Functional Integrated Acupuncture certification.

I have a passion for helping others and look forward to providing my patients with personalized holistic care that treats any of the musculoskeletal discomforts you may be experiencing.
